To see the best results, it is important to make the utmost effort to attend all scheduled sessions. However, it is to be expected that unavoidable circumstances may arise on occasion. If a scheduled session cannot be made, please review the following guidelines.
Scheduled sessions cannot be cancelled. Your chosen weekly session(s) is yours for the school year, or until 2 weeks notice of withdrawl is given.
In the case of a missed session, upon availability, a make-up session can be scheduled with the addition of a $30 fee.
If a rescheduled session is missed, parents will still be charged the $30.00 fee and will not have a second opportunity to reschedule for the original session.
Rescheduled sessions must be made within 30 days following the missed session and with the original instructor.
In the case of withdrawing a child, two-weeks notice must be submitted in written form.

A positive relationship between parents/guardians and teachers is an important aspect of monitoring a child's educational development. Regular discussion and collaboration regarding a child's progress is strongly encouraged and, because of this, the following guidelines are set:
Parents are expected to drop off and pick up their child on time. The waiting area will not be supervised, as teachers will be in session with other students.
If parents wish to inquire about their child's progress, it is best to do so during their child's allotted time. If there are urgent questions and concerns, e-mailing administration will allow for a more thorough discussion.
Teachers are expected to be punctual and professional.
